Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Page Commons in Gilbert, AZ. The role supports the Property Manager with daily operations on-site at an affordable housing community for seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident records documentation.
• Collect rent and other income, make deposits, and forward receipts.
• Assist with the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Respond to customer service requests.
• May work outside normal hours to meet property needs.
