Fairstead ESC LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our affordable housing portfolio. You will assist in daily property operations, lease administration, and resident relations, supporting the Property Manager to meet compliance and performance goals.

Key duties include handling lease compliance processes, coordinating renewals, overseeing rent collection in Yardi, and ensuring responsive service to residents.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of experience in affordable housing leasing or property management.
• Knowledge of the local residential market.
• Proficiency with Yardi and RealPage software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to ensure HUD 4350.3 compliance.
• Coordinate eviction processes for lease violations.
• Prepare property for REAC reviews and related inspections.
• Promote resident satisfaction and promptly resolve service requests.
• Oversee rent collection and posting; maintain daily deposits.
• Create purchase orders in Yardi and manage basic accounting tasks.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages within 24 hours.
• Assist with daily operations to maintain workflow and schedules.
