Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Pinewood, a 240-unit community in Houston, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and focus on occupancy, resident relations, and budget adherence.

This role requires at least 1–2 years in property management, familiarity with Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate properties, and Yardi software experience. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
