Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Pinewood, a 240-unit community in Houston, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and work to maintain occupancy and financial goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/42 or market-rate programs, and knowledge of Yardi. Evening/weekend availability may be needed; strong resident relations are essential.

Formación

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
