Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Pinewood, a 240-unit community in Houston, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and tenant relations, helping maintain occupancy and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/42 or Market Rate programs, and experience with Yardi software. This role may require occasional evenings and weekends to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8/Section 42 and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
