Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Pinewood, a 240-unit community in Houston, TX. You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, maintain occupancy, and foster positive resident relations while ensuring service excellence and adherence to budget goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, with Section 8/Section 42 or Market Rate exposure preferred, and occasional evenings/weekends as needed. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8/Section 42 and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
