Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Highland Hills, a 250-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and help ensure occupancy and financial targets are met.

The role emphasizes strong resident relations, customer service, and teamwork, with occasional on-call duties and after-hours work as needed. Join a mission-driven company providing development and management of affordable housing.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
