Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Highland Hills, a 250‑unit community in Dallas, TX. The role supports the Community Manager with daily property operations and aims to maintain occupancy and financial goals.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of property management experience, and preferred experience with Section 8/42 or market-rate housing, plus Yardi software. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
