Job summary

Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. is seeking a Property Manager for the Westlake Gardens portfolio in Lorain, OH. The role focuses on affordable housing programs, occupancy management, rent collection, and ensuring program compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements.

The manager will oversee certifications, annual renewals, and inspections while promoting an inclusive, service-focused environment and driving performance and resident satisfaction across property teams.

Qualifications

• Three years’ HUD Section 8 and LIHTC experience preferred.
• Experience with REAC and MOR audits preferred.
• Housing industry experience required, particularly HUD/LIHTC.

Responsibilities

• Manage occupancy and rent collection in compliance with program rules.
• Ensure REAC/MOR inspections pass and maintain housing standards.
• Coordinate certifications and annual renewals for HUD/LIHTC.
• Lead staff development and maintain resident satisfaction.
