Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 28650 Grand River Ave., Farmington Hills, MI 48336
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure safety and maximize rental units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Must run errands and travel between store locations: 28650 Grand River Ave., Farmington Hills, MI 48336 and 24500 Sinacola Ct., Farmington Hills, MI 48335.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures. You'll engage in meetings and training, with evenings ending by 6 pm, five days a week (no Sundays), allowing personal time.
