Description

We are seeking a professional, qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Property Manager for our Commercial Property Management Division. This position will be located at the Wayne County Criminal Justice Center in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting
  • Stakeholder relations
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and update team on outcome
  • Sub-contractor supervision, inspections, and documentation of KPI results
  • Coordination of projects assigned
  • Vendor invoice approval
  • Oversight of the CJC mail room
  • Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Must have a valid driver's license and automotive insurance
