Role Description The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role. This role supports the daily operations of the property. The APM owns the lead to lease process, renewals and resident relations. This position collaborates with a seniored Property Manager who has a LOT to teach. Someone with a strong leasing background, ready for their next step is encouraged to apply; we will teach you the ropes through personalized training.
