This Assistant Property Manager position sits at Bexley Mt. Juliet, one of their Tennessee communities, and covers a wide range of on-site responsibilities. Mt. Juliet has grown fast over the past decade as Wilson County has absorbed overflow from Nashville's expansion, which means a competitive rental market with active traffic and residents who have options. Keeping occupancy strong here requires genuine engagement with prospects and residents alike.

Day-to-day, you'll work leads from multiple channels, schedule and conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease paperwork through execution. Resident services are a substantial part of the work: renewals, transfers, early terminations, pet addenda, account questions, and move-out processing including security deposit dispositions. You'll also post rent, follow up on delinquent balances, and coordinate with the maintenance team. Walking units to confirm make-ready quality before move-ins is part of the routine. You'll help plan and host resident events, assist with training newer team members, and support the property manager across operations.

Starting pay is $24/hour, with increases based on experience and quarterly bonuses. The schedule runs weekdays 9 to 6, with rotating Saturdays from 9 to 5.
