Job summary

Weinstein Properties, a hands-on, operations-driven property management company, is seeking a skilled Property Manager in the Nashville area. This role supports 60+ apartment communities across the region with a strong emphasis on customer experience and policy-driven operations.

The successful candidate will lead on-site teams, manage leasing, resident relations, and property standards while partnering with corporate support to drive performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience required; experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for escalated resident concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams while effectively delegating and mentoring.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and maintain community standards.
• Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics.
• Manage a high volume of requests from both residents and corporate, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and care.

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Bexley Stockyards - Nashville / Germantown area (342 units, team of 10)

Pay:

Salaries are competitive and based on experience + Quarterly & Annual Bonus Opportunities

Experience:

Prior property management experience required; experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred.
