Weinstein Properties seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support our Mount Juliet communities. You will handle front line resident services, coordinate with maintenance, and coach team members in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities. Training and growth opportunities accompany a weekend-rotation schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership is a plus but not required if you have solid management experience from other fields.

Responsibilities

• Front line resident services, team interaction and coaching.
• Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork.
• Give great customer service for residents and handle renewals, moves, and account questions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, inspect apartments, and monitor property needs.
• Lead the team and assist the Property Manager as needed.
• Post rent payments and manage balances owed.
