Position: Assistant Property Manager

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be central to managing residential operations and building strong relationships. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service and assisting residents with rental transactions, including payments and lease renewals.

Daily Responsibilities: The Assistant Property Manager should be process-oriented, customer-focused, detail-minded, and a leader. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing payables and collections with accuracy and consistency
  • Providing excellent service to residents regarding leasing, maintenance, and engagement
  • Supporting marketing efforts to attract and retain residents, including community events
  • Engaging with the team and embodying Mission Rock’s culture
  • Maintaining effective communication via email, phone, social media, and in person
  • Leasing and pre-leasing apartments, ensuring lease compliance and conducting tours in various weather conditions
  • Maintaining a clean and prideful work environment, including community upkeep
