We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:

  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Essential Duties:

  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including inquiries, storage assistance, and rental processing.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, manage delinquent accounts, and perform collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and bank deposits as per policies.
  • Enforce company policies focusing on safety and maximizing rentable units.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Spend about 50% of time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
  • Transport items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.

Average Day: Your day will be dynamic, starting with preparations, customer assistance, property inspections, and closing procedures, with a work/life balance allowing for five workdays (no Sundays) and ending by 6 pm.
