Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager with 3+ years of multifamily property management experience to join a team in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role will support both day-to-day property operations and asset management functions, contributing to the financial performance and long-term value of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of budget reports, financial statements, and month-end reporting.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support rent positioning and leasing strategies.
• Support capital improvement projects, coordinating vendors, timelines, and on-site execution.
• Partner with the asset management team to analyze property performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and Fair Housing laws.
• Coordinate and attend site visits and inspections across the portfolio as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and capital project coordination.
• Proficient in industry software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Local to Raleigh, NC — Out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
• Must be willing and able to travel as required.
