About The Assistant Property Manager Position

Assist the property manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, handling lease administration, managing accounts receivable, preparing financial reports, conducting inspections, processing move-ins/move-outs, and supporting staff training and resident relations.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2-3 years property management experience required.
  • Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
  • Real estate license preferred or required in some locations.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
Skills and Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, auto insurance.
  • Complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within 30 days.
