What You’ll Do:
As a critical support to the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager, you will:
Assist with invoice processing, budgeting, AR reports, and rent roll accuracy
Coordinate property inspections, vendor oversight, and maintenance projects
Act as a tenant liaison—managing move-ins/outs, service issues, and communications
Support lease administration, legal notices, and tenant appreciation initiatives
Supervise daily activities of the Property Administrator and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio
