Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to lead the operational success of our student living community. Responsibilities include managing financial activities, onsite accounting systems, resident relations, and supporting the Property Manager in their absence. The role reports to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks, oversee billing for residential and commercial accounts.
2. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, revenue projections, and variance analysis.
3. Document and bill for break period unit inspections.
4. Create notices for lease violations and fines.
5. Support the turnover process alongside the Property Manager.
6. Assist with payroll activities, including timesheets and leasing commissions, ensuring compliance with tax forms and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in student housing.
• 2+ years in property operations or leasing within student housing or residential management.
• Experience with financials and budgeting.
