Your day will be dynamic, starting with opening preparations, including cleaning, property walk-throughs, and cash drawer verification. You will assist customers, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address concerns. Regular inspections will ensure safety and maintenance. You may participate in virtual meetings, collaborate on projects, and attend training. Your day concludes with closing procedures and securing the property. Enjoy a work/life balance working five days a week (no Sundays) and ending by 6 pm, allowing time for personal pursuits.
