Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the property management operations, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and that tenants receive exceptional service. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, customer service expertise, and knowledge of property management practices.

Duties
  1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Manage data entry tasks related to tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests using property management software such as OneSite.
  4. Maintain organized files for all property-related documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  5. Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to oversee maintenance activities and ensure the timely completion of work orders through CMMS.
  6. Support the property leasing process by conducting property showings, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  7. Assist in monitoring property budgets and expenses while maintaining accurate records.
Experience
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within property management or administrative settings.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
