Norhart's Mission, Purpose, & Values
Mission: Building and leasing quality apartments
Purpose: Creating a better way to live
Values: A great team is made up of great people. Our company embodies five key values, which are demonstrated daily by everyone from top management to entry-level staff. Success here depends on embodying these values:
- Achieve Great Things: We love our work, accomplish more than expected, and exhibit reliability. We solve root problems rather than settling for quick fixes.
- Improving Something Every Day: We challenge the status quo, seek to simplify and automate processes, and aim for continuous small improvements that add up over time.
- Be a Genuine Human: We are kind, supportive, humble, honest, and open, sharing credit and learning from mistakes.
- Obsessing Over the Resident Experience: We strive to create a frictionless environment for tenants, continuously improving building design, responding to feedback, and prioritizing their well-being.
