We are seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team in Oakdale, MN as an Assistant Property Manager at The Espen Residences.

About the Property
The Espen Residences is a 190-unit apartment property located in Oakdale, Minnesota and will be the first project led by our in-house general contracting group. Townhomes will be added on the site as a future second phase. We anticipate welcoming our first apartment residents spring 2024.

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.

Compensation:
$43,600 - $57,200 + Eligibility for competitive monthly commission for new leases and renewals.
