What You’ll Do:

As a critical support to the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager, you will:?

  • Assist with invoice processing, budgeting, AR reports, and rent roll accuracy?

  • Coordinate property inspections, vendor oversight, and maintenance projects?

  • Act as a tenant liaison—managing move-ins/outs, service issues, and communications?

  • Support lease administration, legal notices, and tenant appreciation initiatives?

  • Supervise daily activities of the Property Administrator and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of commercial property management experience

  • Strong Excel and basic accounting knowledge

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach

  • MRI experience is a plus, but not required
