What You’ll Do:
As a critical support to the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager, you will:?
Assist with invoice processing, budgeting, AR reports, and rent roll accuracy?
Coordinate property inspections, vendor oversight, and maintenance projects?
Act as a tenant liaison—managing move-ins/outs, service issues, and communications?
Support lease administration, legal notices, and tenant appreciation initiatives?
Supervise daily activities of the Property Administrator and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of commercial property management experience
Strong Excel and basic accounting knowledge
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
MRI experience is a plus, but not required
