Assistant Property Manager – Waterford, WI

Premier Real Estate Management is looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to assist us with managing our beautiful apartment communities in Waterford, WI. As the Assistant Property Manager you will help to ensure the properties are well-maintained, be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of leasing, rent collections and coordinate maintenance requests.
Successful candidates must be able to multitask, be organized and have strong people skills.

Duties to Include:

- Recording and updating details of applicants and entering information into our computer systems accurately and timely.
- Conducting property tours with prospective residents.
- Reviewing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
- Working with current residents to provide information and coordinate maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

Previous property management experience preferred, however, willing to train the right candidate.
- People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Property Management: 1 year

Compensation:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
- 24 - 28 hours per week.
- Schedule is Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.
