Come join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at Eastern Avenue Apartments in Seat Pleasant, Maryland!

About the role: The Property Manager oversees daily operations, staff supervision, building maintenance, administrative duties, and resident relations.

Qualifications: HUD PRAC 202 experience, HAP processing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit experience, at least one year of property management experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills: Professional certifications (CMH, ARM, CAM, RAM), knowledge of regulations, computer skills, and effective communication.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising office operations, bookkeeping, marketing, and lease preparations.
  2. Marketing in accordance with Fair Housing Regulations.
  3. Reporting to management or government agencies.
  4. Maintaining financial records and deposits.
  5. Daily property inspections and maintenance suggestions.
  6. Staff hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline.
  7. Responding to resident requests and complaints.
  8. Performing additional tasks as assigned.
