Job Overview

The Collier Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an on-site role at one of our community offices in Athens, GA, a city known for its rich music history, vibrant food scene, botanical gardens, and as the home of the University of Georgia and Georgia Museum of Art.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain computer reports and resident files.
  • Manage the office in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Prepare, explain, and sign leasing agreements with current and prospective residents.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or management.
