As an Assistant Property Manager, you are a key part of the onsite management team. You assist in guiding the community under the Property Manager's direction. This role focuses on resident customer service and supports managing operations, leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for a multi-million-dollar apartment community. It requires excellent customer service skills and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Full-time, 40 hours/week, including weekends and holidays. Overtime and on-call duties may be required.
