Responsibilities
  • Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
  • Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
  • Manage resident relations issues, including taking calls, requests, and concerns.
  • Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
  • Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications.
  • Manage rent collections, late notices, and rent posting.
  • Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models.
  • Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs, and landscaping issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Ability to tour the community, including walking and climbing stairs.
  • Possibility of needing a valid driver’s license.
