Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal and resident retention programs, and analyze leasing reports. Responsibilities

  • Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
  • Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
  • Manage resident relations issues, including handling calls, requests, and concerns.
  • Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
  • Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
  • Manage rent collections, late notices, and rent posting.
  • Review and inspect vacancies, prepare apartments and models.
  • Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and lead.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an organized manner.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Willingness to tour the community, including walking and climbing stairs.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
