Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Colts Crossing in KY. You will support leasing, collections, resident services, and day-to-day operations to keep the community running smoothly.

The role requires handling rentals and renewals, processing payments, and maintaining resident relations, with a pathway toward Property Manager and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2-3 years of related experience or training, with sales and/or customer service training.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Handle apartment rentals, move-ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals
• Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up
• Resolve resident concerns promptly and promote positive resident relations
• Support property operations in the Property Manager's absence
• Help prepare monthly reports, maintain resident records, and process security deposit refunds
• Walk the property and inspect apartments to maintain curb appeal

Colts Crossing is a 144-unit apartment community in KY, and we're looking for an Assistant Property Manager with a passion for people and a talent for keeping a community running smoothly. You'll support the Property Manager with leasing, collections, resident services, and day-to-day operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $21.00-$23.00 hourly
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• $100 leasing commissions
• 50% rent discount
• 401(k) and Full benefits: Dental, Vision, Medical
• Paid time off and holidays
