Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Technician to join the Hilton Village community in Hilton, NY. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues to keep residents happy and comfortable.

You will handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, prepare apartments for move-in, and maintain safe, clean common areas. On-call rotation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Has prior apartment maintenance experience or related maintenance work.
• Can troubleshoot independently and knows when to escalate.
• Owns work from start to finish and stands behind every repair.
• Communicates honestly and professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates.
• Wants to be part of a team with strong support for colleagues.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Is available to participate in the on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Pitch in on snow removal and weather-related emergencies when needed.

Morgan Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at Hilton Village, a well-kept 234-unit apartment community in Hilton, NY. If you're hands-on, enjoy figuring out what's actually wrong instead of patching over it, and want your work to be the reason residents are proud of where they live, let's talk.

Schedule & Compensation:

• $23.00-$26.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required

What You'll Do:
