Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Indian Woods Apartments in Evansville, IN. The role offers hourly pay between $16.00 and $19.00 plus commission potential, with a schedule Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturdays 10am–4pm, and a midweek comp day off.

The team emphasizes growth across 26 states, a generous benefits package, and paid training. This full-time on-site position supports on-site operations and tenant relations.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm with a midweek comp day off

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• -Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
• -Ensures tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid)
• -Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• -Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid)
• -Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• · 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing
• · Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry
• software, YARDI preferred
• · Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• · Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, credit check and a valid Drivers License.
