Job summary

Willow Bridge is a full-service residential property company with deep roots in the industry, overseeing over 180,000 apartment units in more than 75 U.S. markets, with $3B in assets under management. We are currently hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewals, resident retention, and leasing report analysis.

The responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers
  • Implementing lease renewal and retention programs
  • Managing resident relations and handling inquiries
  • Analyzing leasing reports and forecasting occupancy
  • Developing marketing strategies and managing rent collections
  • Inspecting vacancies, apartments, and property conditions
  • Other duties as assigned

The qualifications required are:

  • At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to tour the community, walk the property, and climb stairs
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

The compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). This is a full-time, mid-senior level role in sales and management.
