Job summary

Habitat America, LLC is seeking an experienced Full Time Assistant Property Manager for Riverwoods at St Michaels and Riverwoods at Denton in Maryland. The role requires travel between sites and at least 2 years of tax credit property management experience, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar.
• Experience with tax credit re certification process desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi Software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in property management and step in as Property Manager in their absence.
• Travel between Riverwoods at St Michaels and Riverwoods at Denton as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail on property paperwork.

Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced, professional Full Time Assistant Property Manager for Riverwoods at St Michaels and Riverwoods at Denton in St Michaels and Denton, Maryland. Habitat America, LLC is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Reliable transportation required, as travel between both property locations is needed.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have at least 2 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as a Assistant Community Manager. Leasing and other like position experience will be considered. The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Experience with certifying and recertifying income requirements is desired. Salary commensurate with experience.
