$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Job Overview

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Olde Towne Village and Huntley Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, IN. We offer up to $22/hr plus leasing & renewal commissions and full benefits, including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager with all on-site operations
  • Maximize tenant renewals (eligible for commissions)
  • Build and maintain resident relations
  • Lease apartments to maintain or exceed market occupancy and rent levels (commissions paid)
  • Support marketing efforts to ensure current and effective property marketing
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in multifamily housing
  • Strong computer skills; industry software knowledge preferred (YARDI preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Additional Information

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, drug screening (excluding THC), and credit review.
