Beach Front Property Management, Inc . is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with the daily operations of our residential properties. This key role helps ensure tenant satisfaction, uphold property standards, and contribute to the overall success of our property in Chino, CA.
Job Summary : An Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with daily operations, including tenant communication, lease processing, maintenance coordination, and basic financial reporting. This role helps ensure properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and operating efficiently.
