As a CBRE Assistant Real Estate Manager, you will support higher staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

This role is part of the Property Management function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Respond to tenant needs, ensuring prompt resolution by administrative and technical staff, in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Perform periodic property inspections; recommend necessary alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning.
  • Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices to higher staff, ensuring compliance with management agreements and CBRE policies.
  • Assign Purchase Orders according to CBRE policies and approval matrices.
  • Assist in preparing accurate tenant billings.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs with tenants and the tenant improvement department.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering timely, accurate reports.
  • Support research and data entry for budgets and accounts receivable as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical application.
  • Lead by example and embody CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact work quality and work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; experience and education may be combined in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to follow procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
