Overview

A growing property management company is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of approximately 100 rental properties throughout Palm Beach County. The portfolio includes single‑family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. This is an in‑office position that offers hands‑on exposure to all aspects of residential property management, including tenant relations, owner communication, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with the daily management of a portfolio of single‑family homes, townhomes, and condominiums
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors, tenants, and property owners
  • Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and property owners
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with move‑ins, move‑outs, and lease administration
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
  • Support property inspections and follow‑up activities as needed
  • Assist with general office and administrative functions related to property management
