Job Title: Assistant Property Manager at Habitat America, LLC

Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company based in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Hammonds at Greenmount in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• At least 2 years of prior property management experience, specifically with Tax Credit properties, as an Assistant Community Manager. Leasing or similar experience will be considered.
• Ability to step into the Property Manager role in their absence.
• Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with certifying and recertifying income requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi Software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
