Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 2559 Coors Blvd NW Albuquerque, NM 87120
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits following company policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Average Day

Your day includes opening preparations, customer interactions, rental and payment processing, property inspections, safety checks, and closing procedures. Enjoy a balanced schedule with no Sundays and work ending by 6 pm, giving you personal time outside work.
