Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 2559 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts and collections.
  • Perform cash drawer audits and bank deposits following company policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work involving walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors, approximately 50% of the time.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day starts with opening procedures, including cleaning, safety checks, and cash handling. You assist customers, handle rentals and payments, and perform property inspections. The day includes meetings, training, and closing procedures, ensuring security and readiness for the next day. Work schedule is five days a week, no Sundays, with finishing by 6 pm, supporting work/life balance.
