Acloché LLC in the North Tampa Bay area is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design-build highway project. This onsite, full-time role supports the Project Superintendent by managing subs, crews and field production on FDOT projects.

You will handle daily reports, safety talks, meetings with the owner and inspectors, and coordinate equipment, deliveries and materials. Requires 5–7 years in heavy civil highway work, FDOT experience, and a current OSHA 10; relocation to Central

• Minimum 5–7 years in heavy civil highway construction.
• Experience with FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• Current level of Assistant Superintendent, General Foreman or senior Foreman.
• OSHA 10 is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or willing to relocate.

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design build highway job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, or a General Foreman or Roadway Foreman ready to step up, who wants a stable employer and a real path to Superintendent. You'll back up the Project Superintendent and run subs, foremen and crews day to day, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
