Kingfisher Recruiting seeks an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design-build highway project north of Tampa Bay. This full-time, on-site role backs up the Project Superintendent and runs subs, foremen and crews on FDOT work across North Tampa Bay and Hernando County.

You'll manage field documentation, safety talks, quality control and coordination of equipment and deliveries, with a clear path from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent as you gain experience on major infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in heavy civil highway construction.
• Experience with FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• Current title: Assistant Superintendent, General Foreman or senior Foreman.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or ready to relocate.

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design build highway job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, or a General Foreman or Roadway Foreman ready to step up, who wants a stable employer and a real path to Superintendent. You'll back up the Project Superintendent and run subs, foremen and crews day to day, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
