RRC Solutions Group is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design-build highway project north of Tampa Bay. This full-time onsite role supports the Project Superintendent, manages subs, foremen and crews, and ensures progress aligns with FDOT requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in heavy civil highway construction, FDOT contract experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license. Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or willing to relocate, relocation support may be

Competenze

• 5 to 7 years in heavy civil highway construction.
• Experience with FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• Current level of Assistant Superintendent, General Foreman or senior Foreman.
• OSHA 10 is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or ready to relocate.

• Keep daily reports, logs and field documentation current.

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design build highway job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, or a General Foreman or Roadway Foreman ready to step up, who wants a stable employer and a real path to Superintendent. You'll back up the Project Superintendent and run subs, foremen and crews day to day, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
