Zaddy Solutions in the Tampa Bay area is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design-build highway project north of Tampa Bay. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting the Project Superintendent and leading subs, foremen and field crews on FDOT-related work.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in heavy civil highway construction, FDOT contract experience, and is based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida or willing to relocate. OSHA 10 is a plus, with a clear path to Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Run subcontractors, foremen and crews day to day

• Coordinate equipment, material and deliveries
• Own jobsite safety and toolbox talks
• Track quantities and daily production
• Travel between work areas on the project as needed

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design build highway job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, or a General Foreman or Roadway Foreman ready to step up, who wants a stable employer and a real path to Superintendent. You'll back up the Project Superintendent and run subs, foremen and crews day to day, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.

• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or ready to relocate
