Pay: $75000 / year + bonus

Location: Remote

Travel: 50% - 75%

DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYTICS – ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

  • Supports asset tagging and data collection in the field, reporting to the Project Manager and assisting with team coordination.
  • Aids in the implementation of program business plans and pricing strategies.
  • Assists in preparing and organizing field data for analytics.
  • Familiarity with building systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and facility maintenance equipment is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of IoT devices and their deployment is a plus.
  • Helps ensure team members' productivity and efficient utilization on assigned programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the Project Manager in daily operations and task management.
  • Assists in conducting and documenting safety briefings, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Participates in and sometimes leads walk-through surveys, ensuring thorough data collection.
  • Ensures proper photographic documentation of systems and conditions.
  • Adheres to and helps enforce client site visit protocols.
  • Assists in data quality control and verification processes.
  • May be required to travel up to 100% of the time.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities and may assist in guiding/leading junior team members in the field and contribute to their skill development.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Hands on asset tagging experience required
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field is preferred; minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Demonstrates initiative, strong time management, and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) is required.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

  • OSHA-10 Construction Industry Outreach Training or ability to obtain one.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport if not already possessed.
  • Interest in pursuing relevant certifications or licenses is a plus.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Ability to understand and communicate project scope requirements effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
  • Maintains confidentiality and assists in gathering relevant information from various sources.
  • Able to professionally handle basic inquiries or concerns from clients and team members.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Capable of assisting in problem-solving and handling multiple tasks in various situations.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to support the development of strategic solutions.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to assist in managing multiple ongoing assignments simultaneously.

Estimated total compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
