Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Restoration Services team in Richmond, VA. You will work with project managers, architects, engineers, and field crews to manage concrete and masonry restoration projects while ensuring adherence to historical preservation standards and local codes.

The role requires a civil engineering/construction management/architecture background and 3+ years of relevant experience; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in concrete restoration, historic masonry, or similar.
• Familiarity with restoration techniques, materials, and historical preservation guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day management of concrete and masonry restoration projects.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to gather data and ensure compliance with specs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, QA, and safety compliance.
• Track project materials, equipment, and deliveries to maintain workflow.
• Assist in preparing estimates, take-offs, and proposals during pre-construction.
